Synthetic substances used as fillers.

They can be divided into 3 groups.

Group 1

The synthetic materials have completely broken down.
(Temporary Filler)

strength It is a synthetic substance that mimics substances in the body. It breaks down completely, leaving no foreign residue. The limitation is that it does not produce permanent results.
• Collagen It is a natural substance extracted from bovine collagen. The effects of injection last approximately 6-24 months.
Disadvantages Collagen supplements are expensive and have a 3–5% chance of allergic reaction to %, so testing is required before injection.
• Hyaluronic acid or Hyaluran It is a natural substance that has been extracted to obtain a substance similar to those found in the human body.

Group 2

Synthetic materials last longer before breaking down.
(Semi-Permanent Filler)

They have moderate safety, assuming the substance will completely break down, but their effects last longer than the first group. These include Articoll, Dermalive, Bioplast, Aquamid, Amazing gel, and Radiance. Some products in this group have not yet been approved for use by the Thai FDA.

Group 3

Synthetic materials do not break down.
(Permanent Filler)

For example, silicone, paraffin, vegetable oil, and hair oil are considered foreign substances. When injected into the body, their effects last approximately 8 months to 1 year.

After one year, these substances will migrate to different locations due to gravity, making them difficult to remove. Furthermore, these substances are not approved by the Thai FDA, and in principle, their injection into the human body is prohibited.

In Thailand, fillers are classified as a medication.

Importation requires registration with the Drug Administration (DDA) of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Examples of fillers approved by the FDA are listed below.

After reading this, you should see that there are three groups of fillers. However, the Thai FDA only approves the first group, which is "Hyaluronic Acid." This group is safe and breaks down over time, depending on the type of filler.
However, the last two have not yet received FDA approval because there is a lack of safety research and they have quite a few side effects, especially the third group, which doesn't break down at all.
There will be a facial reshaping effect that causes sagging, as we often see in the news, but clients often mistakenly believe it's actually filler.
It's silicone. People often get scammed, so be very careful when choosing a medical facility and the medication.

In Thailand, fillers are classified as medications, and only those approved by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are permitted.

You can check the packaging for Thai language indicating proper importation (but be wary of counterfeit products; this has happened to many customers). This way, if there are any problems, you can easily contact the company in Thailand directly. Remember to consult a doctor and have the procedure done at a properly certified medical facility for your safety. Everything has its pros and cons, but if you choose to use it and strictly follow the guidelines, you can prevent potential side effects. Hopefully, this gives everyone a better understanding of fillers and helps them make an informed decision. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Is chin filler or chin augmentation better?

letter-a-5-qaecj1pfpl6ybj4vn3m0jvf20u669gw6h6oww67w88

I have to say upfront that, in my personal opinion, there's no single best filler program. Both types have their own advantages and disadvantages. I encourage you to try them both and decide for yourselves.
Chin filler injection
strength It's minimally painful, requires no recovery time, leaves almost no visible scars, looks natural like a real chin, can be twisted without losing its shape, and provides quick results—you can have your desired chin in 30 minutes without waiting.
It's a very easy way to enhance your beauty.
weakness The price of genuine fillers is quite high, and a large amount may be needed. Furthermore, their effects are limited to 8-16 months depending on the type and brand of filler, meaning you may have to spend money frequently.

I had filler injected under my eyes and it became lumpy. What could be the cause?

letter-a-5-qaecj1pfpl6ybj4vn3m0jvf20u669gw6h6oww67w88

Lumps after under-eye filler injection can be caused by several factors, such as incorrect injection technique by the doctor, choosing the wrong filler for the under-eye area, or injecting too much filler. Therefore, it's necessary to determine the underlying problem.

letter-q-1-1-qaebwfp7b28n17z9obr3kktvl5mb3l4mp9qfajqtwo

How many CCs of filler are needed for under-eye injections?

letter-a-5-qaecj1pfpl6ybj4vn3m0jvf20u669gw6h6oww67w88

The amount of filler to inject under the eyes depends on each client's individual problem. Deep under-eye circles can be caused by a lack of collagen in the upper skin layer or by bone loss. Since bone loss naturally causes deep under-eye circles, the amount of filler needed varies depending on the specific issue. However, a preliminary assessment suggests approximately 1-3 cc per person.
